Rectangle Red provides small and medium sized businesses with the IT capabilities that normally only larger organisations are equipped with. We work either on a fixed price basis, or at a standard hourly rate and we do not charge a retainer fee.
Rectangle Red designs and develops web based and PC based software to help our customers work more efficiently internally as well as integrate their products and data into their clients’ websites, or provide a web based service to their clients.
We fully support and maintain any applications and software, and also that produced by another company. If you’ve been left with unsupported software produced by a long since vanished contractor or overseas company, talk to us – we may be able to help.
If helping your clients with technical queries about how to use your products or services takes up too much of your time, we are able to answer those calls and emails for you using your company name instead of our own.
