Questions

Can you review something built with Lovable, Claude Code, ChatGPT or Cursor?
Usually, yes. The app and where it’s hosted matter more than the tool that made it.
Will you insist on rewriting it?
No. We recommend a rewrite only when the risks and costs justify it.
Can the person who built it keep changing it?
Yes. We’ll agree a safer way to test and release changes.
What if the audit finds serious problems?
You get clear, prioritised recommendations. Ask us to fix them, use another supplier, or work through them with your own developer.
Does £1,495 cover any application?
No. It covers one small application within an agreed scope. Complex, regulated, sensitive or multi-service systems are quoted separately.
Will you certify that my app is secure or GDPR compliant?
No. You get a practical technical assessment and documented findings. Accredited testing or legal advice can be arranged separately.
Can you host it?
We can help set up and support hosting, ideally in accounts your business controls. Hosting costs are separate.
Is there an ongoing contract?
Not for an audit. Application Care is optional, under its own terms.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Not in the standard packages. Support hours and response targets are agreed specifically.
Why not just ask an AI to audit it?
Do. It’s a useful part of our process too. We also look at what a prompt can’t see: who owns the hosting, how permissions behave, whether recovery works, and whether your real business workflows are sound.
